Include your browser, edition (Java or Bedrock), and game version when reporting map issues. Screenshots help, but never attach world files you are not comfortable sharing.
What we cannot do
- Recover seeds from Realms or servers you do not own.
- Provide official Mojang support—use Minecraft Help for accounts and billing.
- Execute commands on your world; we offer tools and documentation only.
Response time
